Had another cheeky day today…

Went out with a few school gals and after restaurant grabbed some icecream and later went for Grill’d chips AHHH

It’s really difficult to adjust to eating well when you’re out, when you don’t keep track of everything you’re putting in your mouth!
That’s okay, I shall go for a jog tonight

Had a cheeky day today! I am allowing one day of the week for me to have a break from exercise and have a cheeky meal!
That was today for me!
I was so sore from gym yesterday
I went out with one of my gal pals for dinner and ordered Lamb souvlaki with pita, Greek salad and a side of chips then got some ice cream afterwards!
Very cheeky indeed!
But I think you have to allow yourself to do this in tiny amounts so you don’t kick yourself every time you have cheeky food

Hey gals I have a quick Qu

I know that it’s just a number on the scales but I would genuinely like to know..
At first you gain muscle right? If you’ve been doing cardio AND strength.. Does anyone know when you begin to LOSE weight after you have gained muscle?
Just cause I have been busting my ass off everyday of the week and I’ve put on a kilo :( I know it’s muscle but how soon can you expect the numbers to start dropping??
