weighed in today and not nearly satisfied after a week of intense training

7 days of hard training and healthy eating later, and only 1 kg down (2.2)

it may be muscle, but i’m determined to see a bigger result next friday

off to go workout, and then meeting my friend at her house so we can prepare a nice healthy lunch :)
